european computer driving licance online?

so yeah, does anyone know if the ICT course european driving licance is online?

the reason i ask is because i am doing another course (which was meant to run along side that one) but the other course falls on the same day for the new term.

i really want to get my qualification for the licance, but still enjoy my variety course i am also doing.

so, if i can find this course online, where can i find it?

yeh, second that, would probably be easy as piss for me, but it'd still be something to do,
